To mobilize the stuff, the R&D department organized an technical competition. They require that the participant have to find out the problem of the PCB and fix them in the specific time. At last, team A leaded by Shuncheng LI got the gold medal. This compition ignites the studying hot in the company, on this occation, people from different department have a good chance to communicate with each other, and learn from each other. They know more technical information about laptop battery and this profession  will finally conductive to improve the work efficiency.
